Exchange/Return Policy

At Bezzlebysarita or BBS we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and the best shopping experience possible.
We understand that sometimes, you may need to make changes to your purchase. To facilitate this process, we have implemented the following Return and Exchange Policy:

Exchange/Return Policy:
We offer exchange/return on eligible products within 7 days of the original purchase date.
If you find that the product you purchased does not meet your expectations or if you received a defective item, you have the option to exchange/return the product.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return:
To be eligible for an exchange/Return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with tag if it is there.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
- Picture and video of unboxing is required.
- The product should be not on our non-returnable list.
- The exchange request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- A maximum of one exchange is allowed per order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange or return.

These include:

- Personalized or customized items.
- Digital downloads or gift cards of any type.
- Items marked as sale.

How to Initiate an Exchange/Return:

To initiate an exchange/return, please follow these steps:

- Mail us at bezzlebysarita@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and provide your order details.
- Upload images and video of the product.
- Thereafter, we will generate a return request to our delivery partner.
- A value of 150 INR will be deducted from the original as of shipping charges.
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, along with a copy of your proof of purchase.

Quality Check -

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange eligibility criteria.
If approved, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you.

Exchange for Different Items
You have the flexibility to exchange the item for a different product, as long as it meets the exchange eligibility criteria.
If the new item has a higher value than the original purchase, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.

REFUND POLICY:

- Allow us 5-10 working days to process your refund.
- Once you refund is initiated you will get a confirmation email from us.
